An Intimate Mid-Winter Engagement Session at Wildwood Park
Enjoy all the romance in this intimate mid-winter engagement.
Getting to know Angie and Jeremy during their intimate mid-winter engagement session at Wildwood Park in Puyallup, was one of my favorite experiences ever. These two balance each other in the most awesome of ways; their personalities make them a power couple for sure. Angie contacted me via Facebook at the very end of 2016, looking for a wedding photographer. She’d seen an ad I’d placed in a group and loved my work. Upon meeting her, I was instantly drawn to her personality. Very outgoing, upbeat and enthusiastic, she explained all of her wedding plans including the large wedding party of her best friends from all over the US. It’s going to be an amazing summer wedding, and I’m thrilled she’s chosen me to capture it.
I met Jeremy for the first time at their engagement session. This very quiet, reserved man took a few moments to open up. But part way through the session, it was obvious he was enjoying himself. His antics brought out some of the biggest smiles and laughs from Angie, and connection between these two really shined through. A session full of laughs, snuggles, and filled with a wonderful sense of being completely alone in the wilderness showcased the connection of these two lovebirds. Tiffany and I were overjoyed to be a part of their Great Gatsby Lakeside Wedding last July.
Wildwood Park in Puyallup is a great spot for intimate mid-winter engagement sessions. This beautiful park is hidden away in the midst of suburbia on South Hill. Entering the park drops you right into the middle of a forested area, with trails bordering the outer areas and a beautiful bridge located in the middle of the park. Multiple small waterfall locations offer a variety of backdrops, while still feeling secluded from the outside world.
