Gina + David’s Classic Garden Wedding at Farm Fare & Floral in Kent
Farm Fare and Floral hosts the perfect Classic Garden Wedding
Dreaming of the perfect garden wedding
Every bride who dreams of a classic garden wedding should check out Farm Fare and Floral in Kent, where they know how to party. Jon, the venue owner and head floral designer, created an incredibly warm and welcoming environment, suitable for royalty. Gina’s gorgeous bouquet was custom designed by Jon – the owner and operator of Farm Fare and Floral, Countryside Floral and two additional brands! – setting the mood for a colorful and eclectic affair.
Mix and Match elements lend an eclectic flair to your ceremony
The ceremony space was my favorite spot from the get go. Mis-matched wooden chairs in rows around their creative garden walkways, gave a vintage feel to the space. The gorgeous floral arrangements on the arbor and farm tables, matched Gina’s bouquet and tied the overall look together seamlessly. The ceremony space flowed into the reception area with ease, where long farm tables sat end to end, making the entire crowed feel like family. The classic royal blue linens that graced the table, accented by mis-matched white tableware was tied together with cute little take home favors for each guest. The meal was an incredible farm to table buffet, with the main course having been raised humanely right there in the field on the farm.
Dance the night away at your dream reception
The classic garden wedding unfolded into a reception of dreams. Couples gathered on the dance floor and partied to a mix of 80s, 90s, and classic rock. Groups headed to the front driveway where a bean bag toss kept the guys entertained most of the night, and kiddos played with the huge jenga blocks near the dance floor. Even while everyone was busy having fun, the show stopping first dance had them all gathered round.
Take a moment to snack on delectable treats while you party
The dessert table was the biggest hit of the night. Customized by one of David and Gina’s baker friends, it featured the most delicious treats, including my favorite cookie… the macron! Cute little macrons were embellished with the couple’s name, and paired beautifully with their other cookie treats. Guests were able to indulge between dances and partied into the night, right up until it was time for David and Gina to depart on their honeymoon.
