Some days you want to relive forever…

Courthouse weddings are some of those days for me. They hold their own excitement, as if the couple simply walked into the courtroom out of their every day lives, to get married. For some, I’m sure it’s just about like that. Maybe they’re getting off work, or maybe they’ve taken the day off. But for Ben and Dagon, this day had been one of planning, excitement and joy as their friends and family gathered to watch them join their small family together.

When I met Ben and Dagon, they were my kind of people. Laid back, tattooed, and fun loving. These two oozed infatuation, as if they’d only started dating yesterday. I’m thrilled to have been able to photograph their Issaquah courthouse wedding day, even if it was three days before Christmas and freezing outside.
