2020 Favorites: Rings + Ring Boxes
Everyone loves a good ring shot, and there are so many unique ways to photograph the rings! It’s a bonus that the days of boring ring boxes are gone too. Now you can find everything from plush velvet to sparkly boxes to stash your bling in. Below are my favorites from 2020!
At the Swantown Inn Styled Shoot, I shot my own wedding set in various setups!
The Orting Manor Styled Shoot (blog coming soon) featured this stunning set and mustard yellow ring box, hand picked by Lessie Blue Photography.
At Sonja + Scott’s Engagement, I had to make use of the horses. They just wanted to get in on the fun we were having!
This gorgeous art deco styled ring stole the show at Kim + Eric’s engagement session!
I fell hard for this engagement ring with a blue sapphire center stone! View more on Taylor + Dustin’s Engagement post!
This gorgeous Claddagh Ring was perfect for Kaitlin + Aaron’s Mountain Wedding. It fit Kaitlin’s personality perfectly!
Of course, this post wouldn’t be complete without a second look at Aaron’s wedding band too!
Sarah + Allen’s ring set made the perfect pair. Check out their engagement and wedding on the blog!
I loved the simplicity of Mckenzie’s ring at her engagement session! Dustin sure knows how to pick them!
This beauty sure made the coffee sparkle at Coco + Mike’s Engagement!
Jessica + Carl’s rings couldn’t have been more perfect! A pink center stone and mountain engraving? Yes please!
At Sarah + Cody’s Adventure Engagement, I loved these shots of her bling in the snow and against the dark moss.
Of course, the time we got snow at Altimeter Cabin, I left my engagement ring at home and had to make due with just our wedding bands.
These beautiful rings from the Altimeter Cabin Spring Styled Shoot are made from breastmilk. Would you be surprised to learn that I shot at least 6 breastmilk rings in 2020?
Shannon + Charles unique rings brought all the bling! It’s hard to ignore all that sparkle.
Dawn + Josh‘s rings were a beautiful mix and a stunning representation of their personalities.
The Halloween Styled Shoot (post coming soon) was a great opportunity to learn some new balancing acts.
Mckenzie + Dustin‘s completed set complimented each other! Plus the “Ring Security” box was just so darn cute!
I’m looking forward to getting my hands on Kaylynn + Eric’s ring set again at their wedding this fall!
Sometimes on adventures we’re having so much fun that I only get one or two ring shots! Kylee + Evan’s engagement was one of those times. But I’ll make it up to her this year, I promise!
How cute is the custom ring box from Miranda + Wayne’s Wedding? Plus her ring makes my eyes go big with all the sparkle.
I got my hands on Coco’s engagement ring once more at their wedding! Along with a cute little bonzai tree!
And we’re back to this beautiful blue stone from Taylor + Dustin’s Wedding. The photos of her sparkly ring box just don’t do it justice.
